In spite of the rooms being pretty small this hotel is fab. Couldn't be in a better location. This is the first place I've stayed where EVERY member of staff was incredibly pleasant- especially Terri on the desk. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

Hotel has great location next to George Square on the Merchant city side. We stayed in the superior room which was a good size with sitting area and 4 poster bed. “Central but lacking in ameneties”

Probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in coupled with the weakest shower I've ever used does not make for a good stay. No draught beer and food decidely average. If you can stay else where I would. Only plus point is that it is very central.
