Nice hotel but feel face lift could help it. Had a great weekend but service within the hotel not great especially at breakfast .... Wasn't exactly welcoming. Bread and food took a while to be replenished!! The person I found most helpful was Catherine at the main desk. Would I return again......probably not.

“Always a great experience”

We stay here quite regularly and usually get an upgrade. At last common sense has prevailed and upgrade to a suite now comes with lounge access. The lounge comes if you're lucky with the hosting by Kevin who seems to be permanently employee of the month. And very well deserved too!!

Nice clean hotel. Stayed in club room with access to club lounge. Lounge opens at 630 for breakfast. It is open till 8pm. Free soft drinks during day. Beer an wine and snacks 5-8pm. Next to Glasgow SEC. ideal for conference. 20 mins walk to central train station or 4 mins by train.
