First rate hotel - helpful staff, early access to room which was ideal, great food at conference dinner (despite number being catered for), well organised for the next day's events - however, buffet lunch was not that great. All in all, pretty good.

First rate city centre hotel offering a great location. First class amenities everything looked fresh and clean including the bedrooms. Bar area and snack food was ideal. Will book again. Breakfast was lovely and was serviced with polite staff.

I booked 11 rooms for family and friends to stay overnight. the organisation was excellent no request too much trouble. think there will be some converts to the Hilton experience. restaurant food was excellent buffet on weekend with plenty of choice as was breakfast
