Was very central and ideal for the wedding that we went to. Rooms were quite small but clean and tidy. Very good value for money, would recommend.

Was very central and ideal for the wedding that we went to. Rooms were quite small but clean and tidy. Very good value for money, would recommend.
Never seen a hotel so badly in need of refurbishment. Reception area was dull and not clean. All carpets were full of stains especially those in the rooms. We were moved from our first room to what was supposedly a ‘refurbished room’.........still the same carpet but had been cleaned which still had a number of stains. Still had the old...

Great central location for shopping.Room average, not the biggest but clean, could do with bit of a refurb but still adequate for my needs for 1 night. Can be quite noisy at night due to location but to be expected. All staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was lovely and good deal with The Q carpark across road for residents!

Unfortunately, we were disturbed both nights: first by a DJ in...

Surprisingly pleased by the hotel, having read some previous reviews. The bed is very comfortable, but beware that it is very soft, in a luxurious cocooning sort of way. The bathroom products are lovely and the shower is a delight. However, as it is fixed to the wall with no height adjuster, would be uncomfortable for a tall person. The...

Bed was soft and comfy with lots of pillows, tea and coffee facilities in room. Perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants. BUT could here everything ouside, roudy people bottles being put in bins...
