Stayed with a group of friends last weekend and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Mark was especially helpful and was a wonderful host. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for it's standard and location but especially for the standard of care shown by the staff

My girlfriend and I went to Glasgow for few days, and i have to say we made a very best choice by choosing this really nice hotel. Room was laid out nicely and staff was very friendly and helpful. On our next trip to Glasgow with no daubts will stay at this hotel again.

Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Rooms were clean an nicely laid out. Parking is across the street. But you will get validated to get a discount. Free breakfast was nice and breakfast room was clean and quiet. Close to downtown. Would definitively stay there again should I ever find myself in Glasgow. Free WiFi signal was excellent.

Just a short walk from the Queens Street rail station. Good sized rooms with lovely shower rooms. Tea and coffee facilities are ample. Staff are very helpful and polite. we had an excellent stay here the staff( Mark and Adam) were very friendly and helpful the hotel was clean warm and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious a home from home and really central to everywhere theatre bus station shopping centre and subway to everywhere 10/10
