5 of us stayed in this hotel as part of a leisurely weekend break. In our opinion the night service manager was arrogant, rude and unprofessional when approached for advice. The security guy they employ needs to be trained on how to deal with the customers, unhelpful and clearly did not know his job £21 for a bottle of cheap... More

I just stayed for two nights and found the hotel very clean and modern. The staff we came in contact with were all friendly and helpful but I felt the bar was understaffed at times. We decided to eat in the bar on our second night to save time but wished we hadn't!! The seafood platter to share to start... More

A group of 11 of us were staying at the Jurys Inn last weekend, 5 stayed for 1 night and 6 stayed for 2 nights. The hotel has a great location for the city centre - walking distance to Buchanan street, nice places to eat and bars. Also across the road from a Lidl and down the road from a... More

Location with regards to being cose to city centre and cleanliness of hotel are both good. Sadly that was as good as it got. Staff were as another reviewer said rather matter of fact. Room was so close to train tracks i thought the express was going to pay a visit through the window. Was kept awake most of the... More

I asked for a quiet room but was given one above Jamaica Street; this was not quiet by my standards. It wasn't the hotel's fault that a party was going on in a neighbouring room (as happened on my last visit to Glasgow). I was moved on request but, again, asking for a quiet room was on Jamaica Street. Do... More

Spent three nights in May after spending 3 nights in a Premier Inn and being unable to extend my stay there as the were full. Turned up at 10.30-11 pm to find that the rooms requested had not been allocated despite phoning when booking and specifically requesting a room that was seemingly avaialable at that time. Further confusion with the... More

Typical Jurys Inn hotel. Clean & basic. Ideal for a weekend away, which is what we intended. Stayed in Feb 2012, for 2 nights, paid just over £100 in total. Check in/out was smooth. Room was average size/non descript decor. We had a room at the side, whcih overloooked the Clyde River. The train station is directly next to the... More

Having stayed at Jurys Inn Glasgow last night I felt I had to write a review but afraid to say I was really disappointed with our 1 night stay. Having booked on line I paid for a superior room upgrade. We were allocated a room on 8th Floor - Room 836 which faced the rear of the hotel and overlooked... More
