We toured around Scotland and this was the best place we stayed. Modern furnishings, clean, and with free wifi. Good breakfast too (but you have to get up for it as it ends at 845).

We were fortunate to stay here again for the May Bank holiday weekend. We stayed in room 5 where we had a fantastic view over the Cairngorm mountains which were covered in snow. The room was clean and had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were lovely and freshly cooked; a great choice of hot/cold food.
I had a chance to stay at Cairngorm Guest House recently and I could not have been happier with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The full breakfast is huge and quite good (with veggie/vegan options!), the perfect way to fuel up before spending the day hiking in the Cairngorms. The owners were very warm and welcoming,...

Stayed three nights in a twin room with spacious en-suite facilities. Very convenient for the centre of Aviemore - nearest pub < 5mins walk and station about 10 mins. Ample car parking. Breakfast choice was excellent with daily specials. The place was full every night, which probably says it all.
We stopped off here on a photography trip and following a less than memorable stay at another hotel this more than made up for it. Clean tidy welcoming well equipped and a great scottish breakkie ... well recommended and perfect for the lochs and mountains.
This is now my 2nd time staying at the Cairngorm guest house and delighted with everything. Gail and Peter make you very welcome. Recommendations from all the group as we all had a great couple of days together.
Stayed twice in 2011, and on both occasions received a warm welcome from Gail & Peter. Rooms are lovely, as is the fantastic breakfast. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Stay once and I'm sure you'll be back.
Staying in Aviemore was not our first preference - we prefer to stay off the beaten track in small, quiet locations. But, we had trouble finding a vacancy so settled for the Cairngorm Guest House. The rooms are basic but clean - more like a budget motel than a B&B. Breakfasts were great and the staff very helpful with advice...

Stayed here for one night in Novemeber 2011. Even though this was "off season" the staff were friendly on arrival and showed us to our room. For the price (£30 per person per night) the room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was the best part of the stay and compares very well to other b&bs I've stayed in. Overall,...

We stayed at the Cairngorm Guest house in August and had a wonderfull time.
We were made to feel very welcome and were given lots of information, maps and advice on where to go and what to do .
Our room was very pleasant, perhaps not as glamourous as some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed at, but...
