I've stayed here a number of times while working in and around Inverness 2008-2011(ish), and will certainly stay here next time I'm in the area. I've always found the owners to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the food (breakfast) is excellent. All in - a brilliant B&B.

Finally a B&B up to our standards! Janice is just lovely, very caring and interested in helping out and chatting, while at the same time not intruding, she balances that well. This Guest House is run by Janice who I must say does a great job,very clean and tidy, cooks a wonderful breakfast which fills you up until late afternoon or opt for the continental. The only negative thing I can say about this lovely guest house is that we only stayed 1 night. It has everything, but most importantly the owner is delightful.

Myself and two workmates stayed here for seven nights whilst working in Inverness. Janice put us in the 'family' quarters which has a kitchenette. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choice.
