This place is clean and comfortable with the added benefits of Charisma (the friendly host) and a great breakfast. Charisma was very helpful in providing information about the town and the place is an easy walking distance to the centre of Inverness. A pleasure.

We couldnt have asked for better place to stay.charisma and ken are excellent hosts and couldnt do enough for us. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was fabulous. Great off street parking and in quiet wee street a few minutes walk from town centre cant wait for a return visit

This B & B is wonderful if ur staying in Inverness. The couple are lovely and are full of information about the area. The rooms are large with separate private bathrooms.
