The "Abstract" restaurant in the Glenmoriston was sublime. The food was fantastic, the service was very efficient and the staff extremely friendly. I would thoroughly recommend trying the tasting menu with the accompanying wine selection with each course. Can't wait for a return trip to try the accommodation too. Superb!!
