Rang late around 4.00pm in the arvo. Jenny was very helpful and even discounted the usual price as it was a late booking. The room was beutifully furnished with dressing robes and even ear plugs!! Weren't sure if they to be used for my husbands snoring or if the town was going to be noisy. Did not need them. The... More

What a gorgeous guest house!! I had the perfect stay here, the room was absolutley gorgeous and perfectly clean, the bedsheets were really soft and the breakfast was one of the best i've had. I could not fault this guest house at all in any way as its also close to everything i needed only a few minutes walk to... More

Moyness Guesthouse is a bit on the expensive side (compared to other B&Bs we stayed in) but it'd definetelly worth every penny. The room was lovely and very clean, with a comfy bed and o so soft bedsheets. We only spent one night there wich i hindsight was a shame cause we really coukd have done with another night in... More

Moyness House is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to spend time in Inverness. It's location is great for exploring the city centre as well as going further afield. We couldn't fault the food - the breakfasts were a treat in themselves and we found ourselves spoilt for choice. The room was ideal and maintained to a very... More

We stayed for three nights in Morning Tide and were extremely pleased with the room. Although fairly small, the room was a perfectly reasonable size for three nights, with plenty of drawer and hanging space. It was maintained to a high standard and the ensuite facilities were ideal. The provision of local soaps, shampoo and handcream was a particularly welcome... More

Thanks very much for your kind comments on Moyness House – we’re delighted you enjoyed your stay. One small correction regarding breakfast times is needed, however. As mentioned in the guest information folder in your room, a cooked breakfast is available from 7.30 am on request (a continental breakfast is available for departures earlier than that). You only had to... More

We stayed here as a couple on a business/pleasure 3 night break.. Our room was Morning Tide the only one available for our dates, small but utterly charming, and would request this room should we return. The only gripe was that the cream duvet cover was well passed its best, i certainly would have retired it as it looked grubby... More

Thank you very much for the lovely positive remarks in your review! We were dismayed and very surprised to read your comments about the state of the duvet cover in your room, and wish that you had mentioned any housekeeping issue to us during your stay (which we note was almost a year ago!) All of our duvet covers are... More

Of all the B&B's we have stayed in, this was in a class by itself. Beautiful house on a quiet street but close to town, large room & sumptuous bathroom. The breakfast was made to order & served in a lovely dinning room. I could go on & on. If it's first class you want this is the one.

Often call through Inverness on the way North. This time we decided to stop and spent a lovely weekend here in mid-Feb. What a great town with this the perfect spot to explore from. The House is on a quiet street but easy to find and close enough for a short walk to town. Very well appointed room - what... More
