Have stayed at The Kemps a couple of times now, each time being excellent. You are made to feel very welcome. The bedrooms are very well appointed, spacious very clean nice furnishings. The breakfast is excellent with the usual choices, including a full cooked Scottish Breakfast, which is beautifully presented. Your hosts are on hand should you need anything, but... More

This bed and breakfast was just what I required, discreet owners, good value, comfy bed and wifi thrown in as well, although it did go of at 10pm.

We were in Inverness (me&my husband) in August 2011 and we were lucky to get a room in The Kemps. The owner Eunice Connelly is the kindness and the friendliest woman in Inverness, exactly! I can not forget her taste anf fresh breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and everything in the Kemp was done with all one's heart and... More

Clean comfortable and well provided room. Short walk to town centre. Great selection for breakfast. Good off road parking. Eunice is a very friendly landlady who runs a well equipped Bed & Breakfast Establishment. Every time we come to Inverness we stay here, nowhere else comes up to her standard.

Easy to find visavis Lidl, small but comfortable room, every day new prepared, large tea tray, Eunice is the best host: such friendly to strangers, lovely dressed, taking care for everything - the breakfast also was great: well organized and done with extraodinary diligence. We enjoyed our stay for three wonderful days and will come back whenever we need a... More

Rooms were all clean and tidy. Only problem with one room was that the bathroom was separate and if anything was too close to dining room. However, we knew when booking it was a separate bathroom. The owner was very professional and helpful and she did recommend a good restaurant. No problems with breakfast, dining area nice and relaxed and... More

I spent 6 nights at the Kemps while exploring the highlands and they made my trip great. From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcome and at home. And the Scottish breakfast is amazing! The house is a short walk from the city center and easy to drive to as well. I highly recommend the Kemps to everyone.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and really liked the place; Friendly owner, good food, clean room, and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. All good!
