Good location and very nice lady host. We somewhat invaded with 10 guys and all our bikes and gear. Very clean, spacious and lovely breakfast. They gave us plenty of space and looked after us. Thank you!

This guest house has on site free parking and is a 10 minute walk to downtown Inverness. Host was helpful with restaurant ideas and directions. Room was clean, modern, and quiet with garden view. An excellent breakfast served by the smiling host made it an all around great experience.

Now the thrid time i have stayed at Lyndon, and wouldnt chose anywhere else. A;ways made to feel welcome and owners very helpful, room, immaculate with everything one could ask for including free internet connection. Huge breakfast available, keeps you going all day. Warm and charming hostess greeted us for an exceptional stay at a wonderful guesthouse in Inverness. We were given a spacious room with a wonderful facility. The breakfast was excellent. She also packed a hearty lunch for our trip to the Orkneys. Wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic in every way, friendly, warm, comfortable and the breakfast was incredible, real Scottish country fayre....and plenty of it !!. The couple who own it, Margaret and Donna (I think)could not have been more friendly nor welcoming. We will be back without doubt. Highly recommended !!!

Nice lady but very bad quality breafast, old and humid bedroom, definitely not worth the price we paid for this 2 day-stay. While in other guest houses in Scotland (for the same price), we had gorgeous breakfasts, we were given industrial food (i.e. croissants) which was impossible to eat. Place which definitely does not deserve 4 stars.

Only stayed one night, but room was comfy, breakfast good fry up. Very clean and bathroom excellent Made to feel welcome, do not need much else. Easily accessible for the town.
