Thank you John and Susan for making our stay so comfortable last night. The three of us had canoed from Fort William over a testing four days and your warm and friendly welcome together with the comfort of your immaculate house was the perfect end to our trip. In the past I've chosen hotels over B&Bs but my experience at... More

We had the pleasure of staying with Susan and John for a night as we travelled up from the Lake District to Caithness. A very warm welcome greeted us after our long drive and was rapidly followed by freshly brewed coffee and home made cake. We chatted away to Susan and John who are both exceptionally amiable people then were... More

We're glad you enjoyed your stay here, and that the waffles met with your approval! We hope the rest of your trip goes well and that you enjoy the time you have with your family and friends. A group of us stayed here at the start of a bike trip along the Great Glen Way and were so impressed that we came back again and stayed another two nights after a terrible experiance in another B&B further down the track. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was the best place of all!! The owner are so lovely and nice, we first get tea and coffe and a yummiiiii lemoncake. Then we saw our great rooms, which where clean, calm, modern and really comfortable. They could give us really good tipps and printed out helpful maps. As we asked for... More

Everyone seems to comment on Sue's baking. As many guests will notice, I am no stranger to a cake myself. Luckily the guests get first choice otherwise I'd be even wider than I am. We want our guests to have a great holiday and if we can play a small part in that then we will do whatever we can.... More

John and Susan were very accommodating to any of our needs over the weekend we stayed in Inverglen. We received tea and biscuits after we returned from a long cycle, we also had lovely cake baked by Susan. We had excellent breakfasts, with a large choice and add-ons such as a daily special, also a very nice fruit salad. The... More

None of our guests are ever knowingly underfed. Indeed several guests have almost begged us to stop feeding them - I say almost as they rarely refuse the cakes. We are lucky enough to have a good size property with off street parking and plenty of room to store bikes securely. We really enjoyed your company and hope that we... More

Great welcome with a nice cup of tea in the living room with other guests. Comfy and clean bedroom. The large guest house offers to expérience a typical british house atmosphère. Extra bonus with home made picnic bag if needed. Very handy and good. We'll gladly come back for another stay.......................................................

It was great to have you as our guests and we really enjoyed your company. Our guest house is fairly relaxed and we try to make it a home from home. As many reviews seem to mention, we do like to feed our guests well. John & Susan - Owners of Inverglen Guest House More

Great B&B. John & Susan are great hosts, warm and welcoming. Home made cake and coffee on arrival and one afternoon when we got back early. Accommodation was immaculate and the residents' lounge particularly welcom. Town centre easily walkable (we're both late 50's). Top of our list if we're back in Inverness!

Having stayed here before a number of times and enjoyed my stay, I was keen to see if it was any different under the new owners, John and Susan. I was greeted with coffee and homemade cake, which was really welcome after a long day driving! The previous owners kept the downstairs front room private. However, John and Susan have... More

We stayed overnight last Saturday and were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were very attractive, clean, well-presented, with harmonious furniture and decor. Delicious homemade shortbread biscuits, a scrumptious full Scottish breakfast (even tho' we had to eat at 7 to catch our plane), tea and company on our arrival the night before and drinks for the children -...
