This is one of the best Guest houses I have stayed at. The owners are friendly and give really good local advice. The full english breakfast is good but there other options which are fantastic like the scambled eggs & smoked salmon. Rooms are clean and have powerful showers & home made shortbread :-). The location is good too, 10... More

We stayed one night in this lovely B&B. We had a twin room, on the small side, but adequate for our needs. The ensuite bath was adequate, as well. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we had in GB, complete with cheesy scrambled eggs, choice of meat, fresh fruit salad, cereals, toast, and accompaniments. Our room had homemade shortbread... My daughter and I stayed 2 nights here and we really liked it. Susan and John were fantastic - - as we were leaving and saying goodbye I felt quite sad like we were leaving good friends behind. Susan is so friendly and sweet and serves up some awesome breakfast. John is so nice and is extremely helpful in assisting... More

Our holiday plans had to change at the last minute because my husband was not able to walk far. Instead of a walking holiday we had to hire a car. This was not a problem as there is adequate parking on the premises. My husband was well looked after. The beds were very comfortable which helped with a good nights... More

Thanks so much for writing a review for us, and we hope that your husband's back problem is getting better with all the physio treatment. Glad he found our beds so comfortable - most of them come from a local company that employs people with visual impairments called Blindcraft. You'd be surprised how many people ask where we buy them!... More

I travel alone for work and have always stayed away from guest houses and B&Bs, I don't really know why, maybe I thought hotels were safer? As the prices of the Holiday Inn express and Premier inn keep creeping up, I decided, upon recommendation to try the Inverglen. I am so angry I did not stay here before as I... More

Thank you John & Susan for your wonderful Guest House. We appreciated your amazing hospitality, great travel advice, and all the little extras that make it special. Susan's shortbread was delicious, and it was lovely to curl up in the guest lounge and watch one of your DVD's after a hard day of sightseeing. Location was perfect with an easy... More

John and Susan have a special place in Inverness -- truly worth a visit ! They made our family of four feel right at home and well pampered. The rooms and all the little extras are so appreciated after regular hotel stops! The tips on local attractions were welcomed. All breakfasts after Inverglen could not compare -- best oatmeal and... We stayed with John and Susan for two nights and had a wonderful time. They are very gracious hosts and the guest house maintains high standards. We got great recommendations for restaurants and hiking. Their location is convenient to the main part of town and yet peaceful and quiet in a charming residential area.

My friend and I just returned from a memorable trip to Scotland. We stopped for one night in Inverness, and I'm glad we chose this B&B.
