Good convenient location, nice bedroom decor and cosy bar but let down by the usual Best Western mediocrity. Parking is difficult, water not always hot, breakfast dull (still not sure why the waiter laughed when I asked for an omelette. Apparently they 'can't do them'!). The price is reasonable but it's all very average....

Nothing wrong with this hotel overall, it's the attention to detail that's missing. The staff are excellent and you feel that they genuinely want to please you.
