I found this hotel to be friendly, clean and genuine good value for money. It is conveniently placed within the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Have stayed several occasions now and will stay again.

Stayed here for a night in Fort William in mid october and found it excellent. The locaion is only one street down from the towns pedestrianised walkway, 2 minutes fom the station and less than a minute to the shaws of Loch Linnhe. We can only give this Hotel FULL MARKS ,Staff very friendly & helpful. Food is FIRST CLASS, Rooms are really comfortable and clean . Location is perfect,beautiful views over Loch & Mountains,easy access to all major site seeing in the area.Will stay here again and recommend Imperial Hotel to all my friends.
