In Ashburn House we found all we need: a very warm welcome (incl. tea and shortbread), a tastefully decorated and comfortable room, a really good breakfast (so much to choose from!) and a very helpful Christine (who made a restaurant reservation for us at a nearby seafood restaurant) - so we enjoyed every minute! Perfect!!
Very warm welcome at this first class guest house. We were soaking wet and absolutely worn out following last day of walking West Highland Way, Christine and Willie didn't bat an eyelid, welcomed us in and provided hot tea and shortbread to cheer us.
Excellent location, wonderful rooms and great breakfast, you would go far to better this in Fort...

Had a very warm welcome, very helpful, tried to find us somewhere to eat. Accommodation very good and breakfast excellent. Location good short walk to the centre.
A very nice and comfortable place to stay. A lovely warm welcome when you arrive. Breakfast was excellent and the porridge was the best I have ever had. I would also recommend the freshly baked scones. A fantastic B&B and really worth paying that wee bit extra to be relaxed and well looked after!
We just spent three nights at the Ashburn House B&B and were made extremely welcome from the minute of arrival till we departed. The location is amazing so make sure you request a loch view room and you will not be disappointed. The breakfasts were certainly de Luxe and you won't need any lunch. Christine and Willie were a real...

The house is lovely and the rooms beautifully decorated (even if it is not my taste). I was dissapointed that they seemed reluctant to have a single guest. I phoned the guest house to make a reservation and was told they are full. I then went ahead and booked via the web and ended up having to pay the B&B...
