We booked a room about 2 months previously and had an excellent view over the loch. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast well presented. Ask if you require anything different to a standard full cooked breakfast. Owners very friendly and went the 'extra mile' to help with our planned walks. Highly recommended.

We arranged to stay at Fassfern via email and at no time were we told during this communication that the rooms were at the back of the property and not looking over the loch. Stayed one night here whilst on a motor cycle tour of the North of Scotland. There is good parking behind the property and well away from the road . The room at the rear was clean and well presented with tea/ coffee etc. The owner was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for eating out etc. Breakfast was very good.... More

This is a lovely clean, beautifully decorated house with a stunning garden. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Lovely breakfast. Not too far from bus/train station (10 min easy walk)

We spent three nights in this comfy bed and breakfast accommodation, a few minutes walk into the town centre. From our bedroom window was a spectacular view of Loch Linnhe and highland scenery beyond. Substantial breakfast each morning was served,good WI FI connection, and a good base for the surrounding countryside.

An absolute treasure- immaculately clean, very comfortable, friendly hostess, breakfast super....all you could ask for. Recommend anyone travelling to stay there. We shall be keeping the business card to pre-book future stays if we're up that way.

Stopped for overnight stay on our way back from Arran, The guesthouse was excellent very clean and comfortable with a lovely outlook, The cooked breakfast was also excellent. we will definitely go back the next time we are in the area.
