Cute little house a few miles outside of Fort William. We had a car and it's probably too far to walk into town. The owner wasn't overly friendly but wasn't rude either - just took a little time to soften up and he was a nice, informative guy. We had the best room in the place with a window looking... More

PROS: great view looking on Loch Ness, very comfortable bed, affordable, quiet atmostphere, parking CONS: hosts aren't friendly/social, average breakfast, no wi-fi :( , cold bathroom, electric heater for room, difficult to find in the dark. Personally the worst B&B I've ever stayed at but it was cheap on Expedia

i can not knock this place personally, but as other reviewers have put, the rooms are small, but what a view! made to feel welcome, and yes breakfast was average, but i didn't book this place for the breakfast! would go back again but i think the loch view room is essential. as a travel agent (16 years and you... Stayed here as part of a road trip around the North West of Scotland. Of the five different places we stayed, this was easily the worst. A tired old house, right by the very noisy main road into Fort William. Both our rooms were small with tiny bathrooms.

Beautiful spot to stay just out of Fort William and right on the edge of the loch. We had 3 of the 4 rooms booked which were all nice. Breakfast was fairly average except the porridge was was amazing. The service was nice and friendly though and we'd definitely stay again.

Location Location Location!! fantastic views over loch from this lovely B&B see my attached photo. Great breakfast as well - love the square sausage! Also has a lovely garden by loch - just a shame the midgees stopped us from enjoying it! would definitely recommend!

We stayed here on a jaunt around the Highlands in May 2010 with my partner and some extended family. Its a nice enough place, the owner signed us in with a minimum of fuss. The beds were comfortable, and the double room on the top floor does indeed have a glorious view across Loch Linnhe. Breakfast was good, we didn't... More

We were the only guests staying here at the time and were given a lovely room (small) overlooking the loch. We could lie in bed and watch the sun set over the loch. The bed was only a double so a little small for a really good nights sleep. The bathroom was good and shower good quality. Others have spoken... More

This B&B wasnt as good as the photos led us to believe. The garden has a huge mobile home in it which blocks the view if you are in a downstair room as we were. Hosts were very pleasant but we didnt like having to give our breakfast order the night before and we felt the place was in need... More

I usually stay in full service hotels but stayed in this B&B so had no pre-conceptions before my stay. Good points: it was clean and had free-view TV. The facilities were adequate but no more than that. Food at breakfast was ok. Owners seemed friendly enough. Bad points: the room was very small, as was the bathroom. No bath, just... More
