We picked this B&B after reading reviews on Tripadvisor and weren't disappointed. Very friendly place, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, located within easy walking distance ofPerth City Centre and the Dewar Centre and breakfasts to linger over (and you won't actually need lunch)... you can't ask for more. I stayed one night here and my stay was very good. The room was very clean. The location is very good. It is close to shopping and the bus station. Great breakfast. Very nice hosts. Great value for the price.

An excellent value B&B. We were charged £60 a night for a double room which was quite simply excellent value.
