We just stayed for one night with Wilma. It's really near the town center. The bedroom is cosy and lovely. Bed is confortable. It's a very good place and the breakfast was wonderful for our family. Room was very clean and confortable. Very good hospitality ! We recommend this place.

have stayed at the Ardfern guest house on many occassion on this occassion Wilma wasn't there but the couple who where looking after the place for her where brilliant bedroom as usual was at the back and was lovelly and cosy when we got there breakfast kept us going until teatime would reccomend this place for anyone wanting a home... Stayed at this B&B in October 2012 with my husband for 2 nights. Very friendly and spotless, room was excellent with en suite shower. Breakfast was excellent and Mrs Murray was lovely warm and very hospitable, I would definitely recommend this B&B to any one and we will be back if we return to Perth.

We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Very clean, parking space on the ground, great breakfast, quiet although it's situated on a main road, city center in walking distance - would choose it again
