Excellent hotel within easy reach of Perth centre - would stay again without doubt

Upgraded to a suite which was lovely. TV didn't work - was told this was due to a DTV outage in Perthshire. So far travelling on spec is working fabulously. We found this hotel while driving around Perth and its everything we could have asked for. Really interesting architecture - dating back to 1773. was at the hotel for a 2 course lunch. Cannot fault the place one bit. Served in a lovely conservatory with a view of the river. the food was excellent and value for money, the staff were attentive and good humoured and the dining area was set up beautfully for us. Thanks again.
