“Spotless and relaxed place to stay”

This is our second visit. Spotlessly clean, understated service and an amazing breakfast. I can't recommend this guest house enough.

Spacious room, warm professional welcome and a guest house run more like a hotel. Breakfast was amazing- well presented and hot. Everywhere was very clean and well presented. Excellent value for money.

We were going to Perth Races and needed a Guest House near the station and within easy reach of the Racecourse at Scone. By chance we chose Kinnaird House and how lucky we were. The Kinnaird Guest House is in walking distance of the many attractions of Perth, and looks out over one of the large parks, the South Inch. Great place, attention to detail makes this place welcoming. The hosts are attentive but unassuming. Parking in the centre of Perth too!

We would truly recommend this Guest House for the high standard of cleanliness and the lovely extra touches, such as delicious shortbread in the room and the 'wee dram' available in the lounge.
