Stayed for one night and absolutely loved it. Jill was incredibly nice and friendly and our room was fantastic - it was very spacious and had a fabulous view. It was such a nice night, we were even able to sit outside for an hour. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

All in all a positive experience. Friendly reception, spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. And an affordable price! The B&B is situated in a quiet spot on the edge of town. The road leading towards it is however in very bad condition.

Rowanlea is a lovely B&B situated in a quiet tranquil setting with fantastic views,but still within walking distance of pitlochry.Lovely spacious bedrooms,with patio doors.The owner gillian was very friendly and gave us a lovely breakfast..Rowanlea is well worth a visit.

Just stayed for 2 nights and the rooms are beautiful - at the back of the house, overlooking a wonderful and dramatic wooded landscape - with no other buildings in view. The two guest rooms are separate from the main house, being on a lower level and reached by a sloping gravel path. Lovely views of the garden, trees and hills with big patio doors as the entrance.
