The staff are welcoming and friendly; the food is of an extremely high standard and cooked to order; both the bar and lounge are most agreeable rooms to relax in and the bedroom was warm and comfortable with a pleasant view. A first visit and hopefully not our last.

After reading reviews i was hoping for something better. The single room i had booked was small, old fashioned and an out of date shower room that was not exactly clean. Sunday carvery lives up to usual expectations. Great value for money and as always, came away well and truly satisfied. Great service and friendly staff made it a very pleasant experience.

Two couples stayed one night. We were not prebooked as just passing through. Hotel is well situated close to town centre but still quiet. Building has lots of character and staff welcoming. Dinner and breakfast very enjoyable. Rooms large, well furnished and comfortable. The only negative is the low pressure in the showers.

Have just had lunch in the garden, very friendly staff, excellent lunch, we will certainly go back for another visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean, overall, very good indeed.

This is a superb hotel at the top end of Pitlochry, about 10 minutes' walk from the station and less than that from the tiny bus station.
