Wifi is free only from the lobby. This is stupid and not convenient.
Beds are too small : 140cm as double . This is standard for Europe for definitively too small. ask for twin. breakfast is good even too light, but we get what we pay for.

We went for 2 nights at this hotel in Ayr as I was on a dance weekend at Dansarena (Dance school in centre). When we arrived there was no wait and we were straight in our room. The room was spotless, bathroom was modern and clean, beds were comfortable and also a flat screen teli.

Stayed here a night for a wee break with my boyfriend. Had a nice night. Bed comfy, room large and bathrooms very very clean. Breakfast wasn't the best but edible so yeah good hotel!
We arrived at the Holiday Inn Express on Easter Sunday. We booked 2 rooms at very short notice as we found ourselves stuck in Ayr with nowhere to stay when our caravan holiday was a complete disaster. Stayed here on business trip, Was pleasantly surprised by modern and stylish Hotel, well priced and very friendly staff, good facility. will use it again when staying in this part of Scotland, there's nowhere else as cost-effective and comfortable for miles.

Stayed one night before flying out of Prestwick, very impressed. Met by very friendly staff on desk on arrival. Very nice room (for the price, £39). Breakfast was a fabulous buffet for the price we paid, very surprised by this. Would definately use again.
Way in to car park is poorly signposted. Once there, staff were very helful and pleasant, and room standard was as expected for the type of hotel, clean but basic. The main problem was the room temperature. I like a cool bedroom, but that was ridiculous. Ended up sleeping in my joggies and socks! The small radiator under the window...
