Beautiful B&B. Wonderfully appointed bedroom, very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Bathroom with all the amenities you could ask for - including an excellent shower. Proprietors very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. This really is a 5* accommodation that we would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, the rooms are beautiful and immaculate. The couple have put a lot of thought and personal touches to their business. Would not hesitate to recommend. Extremely helpful will places for food etc. breakfast was very nice. If we return to ayr would not hesitate to book again.

This was my wife and i's second stay at the Appin House Ayr.. We would definately recomend it for your stay. The proprietors Melissa&David really welcome you into their their home and the house and rooms are beautiful.the breakfast itself we would give 5 stars. You have to try it.

We booked this bed and breakfast after checking out on trip advisor. It is all we expected and more. First class friendly welcoming and spotlessly clean. Melissa deserves the super reviews. The B and B is very central and we enjoyed some recommended wee pubs and restaurants, need to mention Saffys it's excellent! We are returning in December!!
