The hotel is next door to a nightclub and as the hotel leaves out chairs and tables as people leave the club between 3 and 4 in the morning they congregate at these making a racket. Hotel was no use in getting them moved on even though the clubs marshalls had come inside for a cup of tea!

The hotel was good value, clean and well laid out. As is the norm with these hotels now, breakfast was a help yourself buffet. It would have been much better if there had been bacon with the hot items. Plus the toaster didnt work.

Spent a pleasant night at this hotel. Public areas were attractive - a nice full bar (which we didn't use). Plenty of convenient parking and a serious shopping centre next door. Once again i was very happy with the service i received... from the minute i arrived till the moment i left, the staff were pleasant and more than helpful. My daughter and i will stay again, hopefully soon! A massive thanks to all the staff in the hotel :)

Stayed here for 3 nights 23rd - 26th March 2012. On entering the hotel we were met by 2 reception staff, friendly, polite and cheery. Quick check in. Room was perfect on the 3rd floor (327) good size, clean and tidy.Breakfast food was good and there was plenty choice.
