A hotel close to the motorway and handy for sightseeing in Central Scotland. Sadly the hotel is quite tired and in need of and upgrade of decor and heating. Staff were all nice and friendly but needed trained in real customer care. OK place for one night whilst on the move.

Very comfortable 'family' hotel - great if you are not looking for excitement! Pleasant and courteous staff, stunning views and a great breakfast. Excellent value for money. Just stayed for one night, but would certainly return, for longer, if visiting this area again.

we stayed with our children at the Bonsyde house hotel last weekend, it was really enjoyable stay.Breath taking views of mountain, loch and the palace.the staff were really friendly and went to great length to satisfy us.the dinner was delicious the choice of Scottish and south indian cuisine. will recommend to our friends and family

The hotel is very run down and tired and badly in need of modernisation, including new carpets, decor and menu. We had a light bite from the menu which was very average and over priced. The reception area smelt of fried food. We had a family room which was cold, it was heated by an electric radiator which kept clicking on and off all night. The bathroom had no heating except for a small heated towel rail. The shower was dangerous because it could not be regulated so it was either boiling hot or freezing... More

Lovely old hotel in need of some TLC. I believe work will start next year to upgrade. The heating is a must for upgrade, very cold in some rooms and corridor. We really enjoyed our stay at the Bonsyde House Hotel. The views were fantastic, the room was extremely spacious and very well equiped and good sized ensuite.
