The staff is excellent, and the foyer and restaurants lovely. However, the lodging rooms, although clean, are old and tired. Our bathroom had so much caulking around the older fixtures that it was about 1/4 inch thick and "gunky", and the wood around the door was so beat up that it had converted to splinters at the bottom. The common... More

Stayed here on the morning of my wedding and left from here to get married. The desk clerk was most unhelpful to me even though I was distraught with nerves in fact he ignored me and proceeded to talk across me to another guest as he was supposed to be helping me find my name in the system. I ended... More

At my recent stay in the Burlington Hotel I was greeted by a Very Friendly Receptionist (Tanya?) who was very helpfully with all my questions. Location was good only a 15 Minute walk to St. Stephens Green Shopping Centre. Attended the RAI Awards in the hotel and the Staff from the meal up until the early hours of tuesday morning... More

I stayed here for three nights in May while the weather was wonderful in Dublin. Unfortunately, there was no airconditioning in the room. There was also no extractor fan in the bathroom, and to make matters worse the bathroom door wouldn't close! Not comfortable when there are other people in the room and you need to use the bathroom! I... More

We stayed on the executive floor. The room was exceedingly hot, but thankfully a table fan was produced to make it somewhat bearable. We were on a golf tour with friends and it wasn't until the next hotel, Castle Dargan - when I unpacked that I realised I was missing a brand new red wool golf sweater I had just... More

We stayed at the Burlington for four nights on the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience there. Upon arrival, the room looked to be very nice and in order. To give credit where it is due, the housekeeping was prompt and very thorough the entire time. Their cleaning crew is very good and very professional, and the... More

Lovely Hotel bar food excellant, they make a great mojito in the main bar. Was there for a function during the rugby so it was backed. The first room I got was below par but they change was to a fantastic room, luckily I checked in ealry before the rush or i would have just not stayed. Expensive and did... More

I stayed in the hotel on business and was very satisfied with it. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were imaculate. The food was also beautiful, especially the breakfast. My only negatives are that my key card wouldnt open the door to my room and I had to have it validated twice and a very big lack of parking.

We always feel you should balance your review with what you paid and as we paid 44.50 euro we got a lot for our money, but if we had paid a lot more we feel compared to the Ashling or the Raddissonn Blu Royale both 4 star it is way at the bottom of the range. Our aitconditioner worked for... More
