I stayed here two nights for business. It's a great hotel, pleasant bar and restaurant, comfy beds. Only issue is the general lack of good service at the reception desk. Trying to check out at 8am on a weekday doesn't seem unreasonable - so its a little surprising to find a queue two deep at reception waiting for reception staff.... More

It's a pretty bland international type experience although centrally located in Dublin. Large anonymous lobby, not cosy. Good breakfast and rooms very nice. Poor wi fi reception and cumbersome non intuitive sign on every time. Staff very nice. Very hospitable staff with the trademark friendly Irish service (even though most were from mainland Europe). The room was very large and airy with a very comfortable bed. The Conrad is nice hotel with very attentive staff just down the street from St Stephens Green. When we arrived, we were checked in even though it was early. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
