I booked this hotel via a late site as I had to attend a family funeral at short notice. I arrived and could see they were struggling to find my reservation. The receptionist investigated and discovered that in my haste in booking on line I had made my reservation for the previous night, and my card had been billed (not... More

A nice old fashioned hotel. Good size rooms, comfortable and clean. Being an old set off buildings getting to the executive rooms is a little involved. Breakfasts were nice and service good. Top location within walking distance of most sites.

Stayed here 14-19 May.Decided to return after a wonderful stay last June. This hotel is in our opinion one of the best run hotels that we have stayed in. All the staff be it on reception, breakfast, bar or domestic are helpful, polite and cheerful. Our room was clean and had everything that we required. Breakfast was very good with... More

The hotel is very nice and similar to what you would expect in America. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar/Trinity College areas. However, it is very close to a newer shopping area, Henry St. It is located a short walk (2 min) off the 747 (Airlink) bus line, Cathal Brugha stop, so you don't have... More

Stayed in Cassidys for 3 nights with family. Found the Hotel staff to be extremely helpful and attentive, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Location wise you couldnt ask for much better. Only a stones throw from OConnell Street and a 12-15min walk to Dublins famous Temple Bar (45min stagger back.!!) and Temple Bar is... More

I have stayed at Cassidys 3 times in the last few months as i regularly travel to Dublin for business. It is a great location (top of O'Connell Street/Parnell Square) which means its close to the centre without being too noisy. So you can sleep in peace but are only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants etc and Temple... More

I returned from the hotel yesterday and can't tell my family enough how good a stay I had! I went with a friend (both 24years old) and found it excellent value for money without comprimising on standard. We also ate in the hotel restraunt 3 times and found the portions to be very large and the food to be delicious.... More

Stayed in Room 418 on a recent trip to Dublin. Not overly priced thankfully for a bank holiday weekend. That's what attracted me, the low price and therefore I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel wasn't falling apart at the seems! Staff are very friendly and professional. We got a warm welcome and would have no hesitation in staying here... More
