Cannot believe some enthusiastic reviews I read here, this place needs complete restoring and change of management. “A basic bed and breakfast that fits all your needs.”

This is a basic bed and breakfast in a great location. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is very nice and much better than a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and basic. The location is fantastic as you can walk to most places. I would return.

“quiet, helpful, and comfortable”

Comfortable and very helpful, with huge breakfast choice. Set in a quiet street near tram to St. Stephen’s Green (one stop) and bus to city centre. However it’s not easy to find the hotel from the airport bus without a good city map.
