Highly recommendable. Excellent rooms, in walking distance from center town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Many reasons to go back! If there were fitness facilities, it be more than perfect.

Found the Hampton to be a reasonable four star. A good 20 min walk into the centre of things, or about 8 quid in a taxi. Rooms are a good size and the huge telly is a nice plus. I cannot say enough good about my stay at Hampton. First, it's a 5-8 min bus ride into the heart of City Centre depending on how south or north you want to go. So very easily placed. Everything you would want in a hotel, great rooms, excellent service, parking and great location. Room was really lovely large plasma, fire, great space and lovely decor. The only flaw I could find was the shower, small shower head and not very powerful, but that is really picking!
