I've stayed here a few times now and have got to know, Bernie, the owner quite well. She is always extremely kind, and regularly offers lifts to people if they are going to a show or similar (even although the B&B is on a well serviced bus route). The rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is always delicious!

Great value for money, clean and friendly b+b. Close to the Botanics gardens which are beautiful and good transport links into town.
