Grand, nice large clean room. Most importantly includes off street parking. Very accessible to town centre and Grand Canal Dock. Staff responsive to emails, and professional. Priced well. Hard front room onto street, was concerned it might be noisey but not an issue - was early in week. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It isn’t cheap, but then it is fairly central. It was a large room, and large en suite bathroom. The bed was small. The shower although fine didn’t close. Not a problem. The sound proofing is poor. There is noise from the room above. Both footfall and speaking. And there is noise from the room next door and from the staircase outside. Last night was awful. Noise from 01.15 for nearly an hour. And then again from 06.15. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I won’t be back.

We were given a very nice room in their back building for the three of us. Very nicely laid out. Very clean-good shower. Breakfasts were delicious! We were able to reserve a parking space-but beware you need to drive thru a very narrow stone archway to park-we scraped the side of our rental car. Staff were gracious and helpful. Location was quiet and a distance from city center. We used taxis to get around. Good value for price we paid for 3 night stay.

Parking was tight but really helpful. Just a 15 minute walk to The Book of Kell at Trinity College(tour was excellent). Well placed for restaurants and bars. Room was spotless and plenty of room for storage. Breakfast first class.

Cosy comfortable hotel in a great location. Less than ten minutes walk to a selection of bars / restaurants and 15 to Grafton Street via St Stephen's Green. I was travelling with my two kids and we had a triple room, plenty of space, great shower. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and particular kudos to the night porter. We didn't try the cooked breakfast, but recommend the continental. One point to note is that this is an old townhouse with lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues may not be for you. We will definitely be back!

We arrived to a warm welcome for a 4 day stay Our room was at the back of the property where 5 rooms were situated in a separate block,Our room was at the top the room was spotless clean bedding all fresh every day as were towels and fresh cups. The room had double bed,two bedside tables, closet for clothes, shower toilet sink and dressing table with hairdryer also t.v on wall patio doors to closed in balcony. I would highly recommend the breakfasts continental as well as cooked nothing to much trouble . 5 minute walk to some local pubs and few shops,10,15 min walk to centre through a beautiful park called st Stephens.A further walk around half hour is Temple bar which is well worth a walk or a taxi ride for the music in the local pubs and the atmosphere. We had the most fabulous time in Dublin it is a bit pricey but so worth it

Such a cozy hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greated by the friendly receptionist Bianca who checked us in and showed us to where our rooms were located. The rooms were very well appointed. Lovely and warm. The shower was simply the best. Brilliant water pressure. Didnt have breakfast so can't comment on that but for a place close to the heart of everything, id highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. Above everything else, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and made every effort to make my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. The room was very nice and extremely clean. The location was ideal for safely walking to and from Dublin city centre. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

My stay here was made so special because of how kind and thoughtful the staff are. I was staying by myself under difficult circumstances and upon noticing I was a little upset, they were so lovely and sweet to me. The minute you walk in the door you feel part of a family. The room was clean, quiet and cosy and had a nice big TV at the end of the bed and a large bathroom. I ordered the full Irish breakfast but was unable to eat much of it and when I went to pay the lovely lady said no, it's okay, I won't charge you for that:) They couldn't have been nicer and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend as a base for a short stay in Dublin.
