Badly in need of upgrading and renovations. No excuse for lack of cleanliness generally. We don't need this type of low standard in Irish Hotels and should not tolerate it!

Although the hotel is located close to town, within a walking distance only, it would need some renovations. Service is very good though.

Fine if you don`t mind a smelly lobby,1970 TV`s,cracking plaster and peeling wallpaper! Don`t get me wrong,it`s in a great location and cheap rates....But if you want a little attention to detail - forget it! Check the Holiday Inn across the road for a newer experience.

I thought this as a really terrible hotel. There are much, much nicer hotels in Killarney for the same price. Rooms are really small with only a tiny shower room off. The hotel needs a complete overhaul in my opinion, its old and dusty. Aviod it if you can.
