We stayed at McSweeneys in September 2012 and we loved it! It is a cross between a hotel and a bed and breakfast. It is centrally located in the heart of Killarny. The daily breakfast is not to be missed! The eggs were the freshest I ever had. There is a great assortment of fresh fruit and home baked breads.... More

We stayed here on Tuesday night. As good as any five star. Staff so attentive. Breakfast impressive with lots of choice and the girl looking after us gave us great sightseeing tips! Please God will be back.

I recently spent a week at this hotel. The photos do not do it justice as it has recently been redecorated. All in all a lovely family run hotel in killarney, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and extremely helpful staff. The bar is a centre of activity for both visitors and locals with reasonable food, and some great sports memorabilia.

I had low expectations for this hotel due to other guests reviews but when we arrived, I was pleased. Great central location, amazing breakfast, perfect Irish pub. As you might expect, the pub/local streets get busy during high profile sporting events (Rory's US Open win, the Cork/Kerry football game, etc.), That's all part of the Irish experience. I stayed here with my family. The hotel was in the centre of Killarney. It was close to all the facilities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice homely feel to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
