An average guest house with helpful, friendly staff. Convenient location for Killarney centre, good parking and free wi-fi. Slightly old-fashioned decor but overall good value. Nothing remarkable about it, but also nothing really wrong.

We stayed in the Castlelodge two weeks ago and had a really nice experience. The room was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were really friendly - it had a real family feel to it. Great value and super location :)

Warm and welcoming, immaculately clean and comfortable room (warm on a cold January visit!), pleasant breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Definitely recommended for the traveller on a budget as it's very convenient for the centre of Killarney and the National Park.

Nothing especial in this place. The bedrooms are very well tidied, but the atmosphere is not so friendly. Great location but 20 Euros more than a B&B. Mold in the shower and on tiles and breakfast was crowded and we did not receive the correct breakfast. Instead of apologizing one of the owners was argumentative. Very surprised at the O'Sheas - shame on you.
