Me and my partner came to killarney for a few days. We stayed in the kingfisher, it was such a beautiful place. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was more than we could have asked for, with such a huge variety. There was plenty of space to park our car and both Ann and Donal were great hosts. Donal has... My husband and I were going to stay for just one night but ended up staying for another due to the great accomodations, good location and very friendly staff. We were given maps and directions to local sightseeing sights as well as recommendations for eateries and entertainment in town. We even got a ride into town due to a light... More

This is our second time staying at the Kingfisher Lodge - we stayed a few years ago and loved it and back again for a stay last week. We love Killarney and we love the Kingfisher Lodge. We stayed in a room on the ground floor and it had a lovely clean smell the minute we entered the room. The... More

Low cost, cleanliness could have been better (the carpet in the room needed a thorough vacuum). More of a hotel than a B&B. Breakfast staff were lovely (but the check-in staff a little surley), good food and the selection was interesting (e.g. ground flaxseed/linseed available).

dear guest, thank you for taking the time to review our Guesthouse, we are delighted you enjoyed our varied breakfast buffet and serving staff. We are a guesthouse which is between a hotel and a bed and breakfast, offering large bed rooms and ensuites with a lot of the facilities you would find in a hotel but without the bar... More

Truly enjoyed my time at the Kingfisher. It was a wonderful lodge with spacious rooms. Most of the rooms are upstairs- If you have trouble navigating stairs, this place may not be for you or more inquiry may be needed. The breakfast was delightful and the owners were lovely. This B&B has private parking (off street). However, it's a small... More

dear guest, thank you for taking the time to review our lodge and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. As you mentioned we do have downstairs rooms which may suit some guests but our upstairs rooms are just up the stairs (15 steps) so this should not be a problem to most people we are happy... More

Great value and location. Easy walking distance to downtown Killarney shopping and restaurants. The rooms all have their own bathroom, which is always nice in a bed and breakfast. We stayed on a room on the lower level right next to the check in table and had no problems with noise. If you are doing the Ring of Kerry or... More

This was a lovely B& B. We only spent one night but it was lovely. It has private parking and was around 4 minutes walk to the town. We stayed in December and it was warm and comfortable. Room was immaculate and had all facilities. The breakfast was gorgeous loads of choice and cooked to perfection. This was a really... More

Stayed in the Kingfisher Lodge. during our recent trip to Ireland. The B&B was recommended to us from another B&B that was full. The room was quite big and our private bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, quite a spread of cold cereal, fruit and cooked to order from their menu. The Breakfast room was sunny and very inviting. The... More

Great location and super comfy beds. One of the best nights sleep we had on our trip was at Kingfisher. We felt right at home and Ann was so overly accommodating. She even did a load of laundry for us!! We can't wait to go back one day!

This B & B was clean and the breakfast was very good. However it was more a "hotel" than someones house, like the other places we stayed on our trip. Location is nice- walked to town for dinner. Breakfast we a little late (8:45-10a) for us since we were wanting to be on the road at daylight but we went... More
