We stayed on 4th floor in new rooms which were great!

Just spent the weekend in Brandon. Extremely pleasant, friendly & helpful staff throughout. Hotel is well located with carpark facilities. Rooms were spacious, clean & warm & food was excellent. Couldn't fault this hotel.

This hotel has not changed one iota since last visit in 2008. Don't let the ok looking reception fool you, beyond it, the place looks like a condemned building and perhaps it should be. we had a lovely 2 night stay in the Brandon didnt want to go home really:) the staff are very friendly its a great location minutes walk to local shopping .the food in the restaurant was 100% couldnt fault anything the waitress was so helpful a lovely weekend away
