Due down around Tralee on a day's business, Ballygarry was recommended to us as a good stop near the town. We were very pleased with it. Staff were warm, efficient and hospitable from our first contact to last, and gave us a room exactly fitting our needs. The food surprised us a little in its quality - terrific lemon sole... More

This is a four star hotel with six star service. From the moment we arrived Marianne who checked us in made sure that we were well looked after. The rooms are excellent, a very good standard without being pretentious. A friendly bar and quick service considering how busy it is. Brooks restaurant serves good food and again, the quality of... What a nice place to stay, very friendly staff, cosy bedrooms with excellent facilities. The food in the restaurant is *delicious*. I have the best meal I've had in ages on the Friday night and then an amazing breakfast with perfect poached eggs on the Saturday morning before I made the short trip to Killarney then on to the Rock... What a nice hotel. Stayed here two nights while exploring Dingle peninsula. The staff was knowledgeable and so friendly! The restaurant was terrific. Had one of the best lamb dinners ever. The spa looked great, but we didn't have time to use it (so little time, so much to see)! Will definitely stay there again when we return!

Staff were attentive, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Brooks restaurant within the hotel was really exquisite also. The staff of Nadur spa in the hotel... More

Stayed one night here for business trip. On old road so a lot quieter than would have been, but right on the edge of the town. Very welcoming. When I forgot my key the lady at reception ran up the stairs to meet me getting out of the lift. Huge room, with bathroom alone bigger than many rooms. Food in... More

Everybody was met by the manager at the door of the Hotel and welcomed and shown to the reception room where tea and coffee and drinks were served. The ballroom was beautifully dressed and the meal was excellent and the number of staff and the service was fantastic.
