Does exactly what it says on the tin. Room was quaint, so was decor. Bang in the middle of town. Breakfast was delicious and they gave me extra! Morning staff very helpful.

The Clubhouse Hotel is a lovely cosey old hotel, have stayed here many times and will do again. It has character that modern hotels today sadly do not have. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space and lovely sized bathrooms. The bar area and restaurant are great, the food is always delicious especially the herb and potato soup... More

The Club House was more of a dingy hostel with a not very clean en suite. We stayed in the extension at the back of the house and there was a nasty smell in the area.
