The location is great, the views of the castle across the river are beautiful, and the parking is easy. We stayed in a single bed (average hotel room), it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. We would have never expected it but Kilkenny was one of our favorite cities in Ireland!
