This b&b is well below standard. The room was filthy, the smell in the house in general was disgusting. The owner Michael seemed ok but this didn't make up for the place in general. Avoid at all costs.

if you would like to have a warm welcome in limerick, i would suggest going to Michael's and Aine's. food and service are very good. the hosts are warm and welcoming. rooms are clean and cowsy. i thank Michael and his wife for their hospitality.

By no means in the middle of town but not too far out of it either. Michael was very welcoming and the perfect host. Had the jug on and the biscuits out soon after our arrival.
