A great location for our weekend stay in Sligo. We upgraded to a suite & it was quite spacious and comfortable. Staff, especially Front, were welcoming and very helpful. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The rooms are a little small but the hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. The best thing about this hotel is the brilliant central location and the availability of parking if you get there early.

Istayed at the Sligo City hotel for two nights 30/31 march 2012. The room was clean and warmStaff were friendly and professional . noise levels were minimum. I enjoyed the irish breakfast. However I wish to mention one member of staff who I believe was an a perfect ambassator for the hotel and an example of Irish Hospitality. (Shinead)

This hotel is in an excellent location - right in the heart of Sligo town, just 5 minutes walk from the train & bus station, and right beside the shopping centres, pubs, resturants, etc. Check in went very smoothly - the hotel looked nice and clean, if a little old fashioned. Strange to be still given a room key instead... More

Stayed here for to attend a 40th birthday party in town, perfectly located, beautiful breakfast and very comfy and clean room, will def stay there again.

We (me, my partner, brother and sister-in-law) were in Sligo ancestor hunting. We didn't find our ancestors, but did find a very clean, friendly hotel. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the river, and were both comfortable and quiet.
