We were sorely disappointed in this hotel. The beds were like cots and you felt like you were sleeping on a surf board all night. You would not expect this from the looks of the lobby. The bistro was good and the location was perfect for what we planned to see.

Stayed a few times in the Tower. Staff are extremely friendly, service is great along with the food! Excellant location in the city and near all amenities....will certainly stay there again & recommend it to family & friends.

Dirty and damp rooms Dirty bar area. Poor food / cold food. Rude bar staff. Nothing good to report about my stay. I would not recommend this hotel overall experience was shocking for a hotel that is so popular.
