Myself and my wife stayed in Docks for the Bank holiday weekend, I have to say its not your normal hotel but we had great craic. Saturday night was great with the disco and the hotel had a big fancy dress party, great fun !! The breakfast was ok, we have had better but the price reflects that. We asked... More

Had a cup of coffee in the Docks Hotel and Cafe Bar and I could not believe the state of the place. It was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. I went to the bathroom and my feet stuck to the floor it was so bad. The toilets and seats were broken and locks broken on... More

I recently visited New Ross to attend the annual Piano Festival, which, incidentally I can highly recommend to lovers of (classical) piano and chamber music. I booked into this hotel for the Saturday night (on the internet), and because I was concerned about navigating the one-way systems later that night, decided to check in at lunch-time. ..luckily... When I arrived,... More

I have stayed here a few times for work but on my most recent visit the service was really bad. The continental breakfast conisisted of Coco Pops or Corn Flakes and burnt toast. The hotel istelf could be lovely but the standards are poor with dirty carpets, poor choice for breakfast, poor service and the most unfriendly staff I've come... More

Myself and 3 girlfiends stayed in this hotel and had a fantastic stay. When booking we wanted two twin rooms however they said they had only 1 twin room left, so we accepted one twin room and one double. When we arrived, they had re-arrnaged the rooms so that the bed in the double room had been separated into two,... More

I stayed in the Docks hotel on a Saturday night in June with my partner. The rooms are tidy and clean, but as it was a Saturday night there was a late bar 2 floors above us. There is no soundproofing in the rooms which made it impossible to sleep - It was as if the bed was on the... More
