Stayed here with my boyfriend. Great location lots of cool pubs close by... Rooms clean, we had awful trouble with our air con had to complain over 4 times and still wasn't working. Room was like a sauna. They offered us a voucher for another night and that time no complaints with our air con. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for a conference on fri, great service constant flow of refreshments all day, lovely meal the Thursday evening, Very central location

Great hotel to stay at.coffee dock area was large so if you had kids and wanted to have a drink or two it was perfect. Had carvery meal when we arrived food was not great. Location of hotel was perfect as it was in the middle of the town for shopping and walking around.

While the hotel's location could not be faulted, I would recommend that anyone interested in booking this hotel, stay in an executive room.
