Although we only stayed overnight we were made most welcome by the owners, Tim and Pauline. Tim prepared us a fine meal in the restaurant and then entertained us in the bar afterwards with his knowledge of the music world! We stayed at The New Inn whilst travelling to a classic jag show; what a little gem of a place! The owners Tim and Pauline were friendly and fun; the food excellent and the newly refurbished bar/ restaurant area is delightfull. The rooms are lovely, airy and clean. We would definately stay again.

I needed somewhere to stay whilst doing an exhibition in Harrogate and chose the New Inn purely from the TripAdvisor recommendations. This is a lovely little pub within 20 minutes of Harrogate and, whilst at a crossroads, there was little or no traffic noise. we stayed here for one night before travelling onto York. We arrived about 8.30pm as we got lost. Nice cosy room, with a huge power shower. tea and coffee and biscuits (fab) It was nice to relax on the sofa's and get merry on wine.
